It's time for some tasty slow food.
We're celebrating the end of our harvest season with a fine southern meal. Sous chef Nikki Stanger is taking the lead on this one, using local ingredients and some of her family recipes.
We're picking up some pasture raised chicken. On our trip to the Green City market this week, we're picking up some produce from Green Acres Farm and Genesis Growers. We're very grateful to Oriana Kruszewski for the hookup on the black walnuts. This will be the ultimate comfort food meal.
